INFINITY PRO TCG is a Canadian-based brand located in Burlington, Ontario. We specialize in premium accessories for trading card games (TCG), including sleeves, deck boxes, playmats, and more. Our products are available for purchase directly through our website as well as through select authorized retail partners and local game stores.
Please note that purchases made in-store may be subject to the individual store’s own return, refund, or exchange policies.

2. Product Availability & Sales
All products are sold on a final sale basis. We do not offer refunds or returns by default. However, under extenuating circumstances, we may offer store credit or product exchange at our discretion. To inquire, please contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of receiving your order.

3. Shipping Policy
We currently ship within Canada and the United States.
  • Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–4 business days to process.
  • Shipping Time: Varies based on customer location.
  • Shipping Costs: Covered entirely by the customer and calculated at checkout.
We are not responsible for delays, customs holds, or delivery issues once the product has shipped.

Customers may place orders with or without creating an account. Creating an account allows users to track their orders and streamline future purchases.
